Finding a commercial tenant
Well, I thought I had a sweet commercial office building. I still think it is a good investment, however, I have a new vacancy (Memphis suburb) a "B" class building in a great area. The suite is 1500 sq. ft. but I can't figure out how to get it leased! The realtor who sold me the property put it up on Loopnet and a sign on the property. NO ACTION!! I am remote, otherwise I would hand out flyers to office buildings in the area, but agents don't seem to be motivated to do that sort of thing. Does anyone have any ideas how to find a new tenant? I would love to hear from you creative geniuses out there!
