Rational behind no warning booting tenants vehicle
Hi, This is my first post so if it's answered elsewhere let me know.
Is there a good reason to boot tenants vehicles with no warning for minor violations?
I only ask because my car got booted a month ago without warning for vehicle registration and it's the primary reason I'm moving out as soon as the lease is up.
I imagine most tenants would feel the same and I'd like to say I'd never do it when I become a landlord, but if there is a good reason let me know.
SIDE NOTE: My vehicle registration was up to date, but the DMV in my state ran out of the stickers. So it's cost me $75 and the management team acts like they have absolutely no control over the guys that booted the car, and they won't reimburse the fee.
