Renting near a small Army National Guard base
I’m in the WY Army National Guard and every year we go to a little town of a little more then 1000 people called Guernsey, WY. It has a decent size National Guard base next to it. I have noticed some cheaper little properties that might be decent rentals for full time staff at the base that are in town. They need a little rehab.
My question is, has anyone had any success in situations like this? There are full time staff that get stationed at the base for a year or two then leave. If the deal is right, do any of you experienced rental experts think this would be a smart move?
