HELOC rental strategy
Have a question regarding HELOCS for rental. Turning my primary residence into a rental, currently needs some minor upgrades/repairs. Should I get a HELOC first, then refi? Or should I use credit cards (0% int until 2019) get a higher ARV and then get the HELOC possibly even a first position HELOC? Thanks ights? Suggestions? All are welcome thank you
