Application is in hand
Once you have an application(s), in what order do you do the screening (i.e. 1) credit, 2) eviction, 3) references etc)
I figured if done in certain order, some reports won't have to be run cause the applicant won't pass steps.
Thanks

Tenantalert. I've been using them for several years, and they seem OK. Its about $30 for a full screening.
That said, Josh now has a service right here on BiggerPockets:

I'll probably give this a try on my next round of applications, hopefully very soon now, since once of my tenants is out tomorrow (or, more likely, Tuesday.)
