Best Property Management Software

I’m wondering what everyone is using for Property Managemt Software?

I’ve gone from Spreadsheets to Buildium, now back to Spreadsheets for a few years and I’m thinking about changing again.

For me, my number 1 requirement is that the software be desktop based. I’m not interested in online software, even with the fastest internet I don’t like the waiting/loading that is inevitable.

Thinking about doing Quickbooks Desktop Pro but the reviews are terrible on Amazon and it’s not PM specific. Any other desktop software out there?

Thanks in advance.
