Tenant now requesting a receipt for each month's check

Hello all,

I have a tenant that has been somewhat of a problem tenant.  Disrespectful attitude and began calling about issues more than normal and then won't be available.  Now they have asked for a receipt for each months rent.  Rent is not in cash, it is in check in the postal mail

Is it standard to always provide a receipt for each month's check?  Would the bank statement be proof of rental checks?  I want have to mail this or physically deliver the receipt each month.
