BiggerPockets Lease Agreement to purchase

I heard Brandon mention something about Biggerpockets partnering with a lawyer to get Lease agreements made for specific states. 1. Where can I find those? 2. Can they be tailored for my specific property? BTW...I am new here and new to being a landlord. We are builders, and we are building a triplex that should be completed in the next 2 weeks. So there are no tenants and it is a clean slate. I am wanting to get a great lease in place to protect out investment.
