Rental Property in Staten Island

Hi Everyone

I just signed up for bigger pockets and I just bought my first rental property. I already own a 2 family which I am currently not renting, but living in, and I have a vacation home, I am renting via Airbnb. I recently decided to purchase a 2 family rental property located in Staten Island NY and I am trying to learn the ins and outs of renting to tenants. Any help would be appreciated.
