Question to those who manage property themselves - what title do you put on your business card?
What other information is on it? Email? (Mailing) address? Fax? - why or why not?

My manage my own rental units that are local to me, but I do not have a business card.

When I get new tenants, they get a sheet of paper that reads:

"Welcome to you new home. Here are some phone numbers for you to keep handy:

Electric Co.
Gas Co.

Here is my number. My preferred method of contact is text-messaging or a phone call"
