Evicting a married couple
Filed eviction against a married couple and they were both served as they both signed the lease. I paid the sheriff $80 dollars instead of $40 as it is required in Florida to serve both of them.
Only the husband answered the summon. Do they both need to answer or just one ?
If both need to answer, can I file a default against the wife since she didn't answer ?
