Is The Info On A 60 Day Vacate Notice To Tenant The Same As A 30 Day?

I need to give a 60 day vacate notice to a guy who has been renting a shop on my private property for many years. There is no rental contract. Is the information needed on the 60 day notice to vacate the same as a 30 day vacate notice ? Just the number of days is different?
