Utility Bill back with multifamily properties
I am purchasing my first multifamily property which consists of 10 units, tenant will be responsible for electric but owner is responsible for water, trash, and sewer. I am thinking to try to implement some sort of bill back based on number of occupants. I don't want to spend the money to individually meter the units, it doesn't make sense financially. Would love some feedback!
