Updating Lease for Auto-draft

I am updating a rental agreement.  The current agreement talks about mailing checks to our address, due by last day of previous month, etc.  We are now moving to automatic draft from their account.  I'm interested in hearing what language others are using in their lease agreement to require this.  I know you are not giving legal advise regarding my state.  But, I would like to hear what others are doing.
