Experience with Companies Leasing on behalf of employees?

I have an out of town company interested in one of my rentals. It is a 4 bedroom house and they want to house 4 full time workers as they have a long term contract in the area. Does anyone have any experience with this type of situation?

Should anything different be included in the lease vs. a traditional rental situation? Anything input would be much appreciated.
