How much to charge tenant for readying rental after they leave?

I have a high end rental ( > $2,500) for which a tenant just moved out. Deposit is 1 months rent.

I’ve incurred the following expenses

- $250 house cleaning

- $600 clean wood floors, carpets and tile (fairly significant food smell in house from curry etc)

- $50 paint

Bedroom door was broken. Not sure they did it. Not sure I’ll charge for that.

I’m easily getting close to $1,000 in repairs and cleaning.

How much would you charge the tenant of their deposit?
