hi, I'm setting up a home for short term furnished rental (AKA corporate rental).  what would you recommend for bed sizes? I'd go this route

1) queen in master / Twins in secondary bedrooms

or

2) all queens?

also what would you pick for matress (impacts reviews etc) : firm , or middle of the road?
