Fireplace in the bedroom

This is in the "master bedroom" which was really a room converted from a garage at some point...

Would you allow tenants to use it, or block it somehow so that it can't be used? Or try to remove the fireplace/chimney and leave the brick? I don't know whether tenants would be put off by this, or like it. Since it's in Florida it wouldn't get much use (the last couple weeks would be the exception to that, though). I don't know if they put that in because the garage/room gets colder than the other rooms?
