How to hold rental?
Currently primary residence, will be renting out soon
Loan is in my name
I am thinking of creating a trust and transferring title into trust.
Should I call the noteholder (PNC bank) and notifying them and reassuring that I am still liable for the loan? I don't want them to call the loan due if they find out the title has been transferred.
Any thoughts?
thanks
