Rent vs Mortgage (need lowered)
I purchased a 3 bed 2 bath condo in Hawaii. My mortgage is $2300 + my HOA fee is 575 monthly (welcome to Hawaii). I will be living/contributing to the mortgage for the next 4 years. I would like to keep the condo and make it a rental, however as of now the condo will rent for 23-2400 a month. I would like to not make any more contributions to the condo when I leave, which means renters would cover mortgage + HOA fee. Looking for advice on how i could lower my mortgage near $500 over the next 4 years
