Major milestones for property management business

Greeting BP,

I'd appreciate any feedback from those who owns a property management business. I am preparing to launch my own in SoCal and really interested in knowing your perspectives about this business. Two open ended questions:

- Looking back how do you define the the major milestones along growth path? Those things/events that make you feel distinguishing your business from previous era/stage to the next. It can be anything based on your experience.

- If you have a chance to build your business one more time from scratch, what are things you'll do differently?

Thank you!

Ai, Yu
