Installing an Alarm System in a Rental Property
Hello everyone. I was wondering if installing an alarm system in the property would bring Added value or if it is just a waste of money? The alarm system would cost about $50 per month, I can rent the home out for $1200 per month without it. Would I be able to charge more for having the alarm system installed Or would I have to eat the $50 cost but have a tenant that feels more secure?
