Rental property investments On Marco Island FL.

I will be buying a rental property on Marco Island, Fl in July or August. Prefer a low to mid rise building. Prefer annual or seasonal renters. Do not want high traffic or weekly renters. Will self manage the property.

Have any of you done same or similar on Marco? What have you found the net ROI to be and how/why? And what have been the most satisfying and most challenging aspects of this?
