Squirrel damage to tenants bathroom

This weekend, a family of squirrels broke into my tenants unit via the air vent in the bathroom.  The tenant said he was able to remove two but then he shut the door closed leaving two more squirrels in the bathroom until we hired pest control to come and retrieve them.

We hired pest control the same day (Saturday) to remove the squirrels and screen up up alll the vents to the roof to prevent this from occurring again. In addition,  we also had the trees trimmed back away from the roof to prevent this from occurring again.

Now the tenant is asking when we are going to send someone to clean up the mess that the squirrels left behind in his bathroom. Is it our obligation to pay for clean up also?  Thank you!
