Recently acquired first rental propery.  Rehabbed it myself made it look better added central A/c put in a lot of sweat equity.  Went to property manager, hired them.. 8 days later they have a qualified tenant putting down a deposit. I should be excited but instead I can’t help but feel anxiety?

@Andrew Skrenchuk Hi Andrew! I see you're from Baltimore. I also have my first property there. I rehabbed it for 1 and a half months, hired an agent for tenant placement, and in less than a week we found an awesome family as renters. I say don't be anxious that you found renters that quick. If you have a property that you're really proud of and that you want to live in yourself, I think good renters will find it.
