I found a two family property that seems to cash flow well. Listed at 90k and gross rents are 1750. i am supposed to see the property this weekend, and while looking through the disclosures I noticed it listed fuse and knob and tube wiring, and asbestos siding. Is this often a hard pass?

Insurance companies I’ve dealt with will not cover that house the way it is .Better figure that out before pulling the trigger
