How often do you check in?

When renters are in place at a property, how often do you go visit the rental property to check condition. How long before the end of a lease do you go and assess work that may need to be done?

Brian Fitzpatrick I go through twice a year, even at out of state properties. I make sure to check all smoke detectors, sinks, toilets, electric, etc.
