Is it better to get attorney near me or out of state property?
I discovered that my previous property manager did a very bad job and/or quite possibly didn't even do the paint and repair work that I paid for (over 2k). I'd like to speak to an attorney to see if I have a case to get the money back.
The property is in memphis and I am across the country. I was wondering if matters to find an attorney near me or in the area of the property. Thanks.
