Can I add school information to rental listing?

Hello, we just purchased our 5th unit and, believe it or not, this is the first one that is not already tenant occupied. I have created a listing for the property and added to realtor, zillow, etc., but was wondering if I am able to add the sentence "In time for school registration" or if you would consider this to be potentially discriminatory?  The home is in a great school district, but am I allowed to advertise that?   Thanks!
