Section 8 - 90 day notice
This is in LA, in a rent-controlled apartment.
What if I just dont want to deal with Section 8 anymore? Is that what the 90 day notice does? Just end HACLA's involvement? That's what I want.
I have a problematic tenant who only gets about 10% of his rental amount amount paid for by Section 8 but he is destructive and I have to put in a ton of work to constantly fix his mess and I just dont want to anymore. He'll make the rent, so I wont be able to evict him for non-payment, but at least I dont have to deal with inspections etc....
