Updated about 6 years ago,
Clark County Indiana evictions. Need answer.
I have just filed an eviction with the clerks office and have a court date in June. I am confident that my tenant will lose and be told they have to move.
However, I have a feeling this tenant is going to stay put until I have to get the sheriff to remove the tenant.
My question is this: Does the law in Clark county allow to put the property by the curb or does it require that I store any property and give the appropriate notification to the tenants forwarding address?
I have researched online but this answer seems very vague.
Thanks
Mike
