Property Management in Akron (or Cleveland) OH

Hello BP,

I'm interviewing property management companies in Akron for my SFR.

Many of the companies list fees including 10% added to invoice for repairs, maintenance, improvements, landscaping. $50 to meet inspectors, per utility turn on, lease renewals. 

Are these fees normal in this area?
