VENT - Who has crazy tenants?

So, I'm not cut out to be a landlord. I'll FULLY admit it. I like flipping houses because I don't deal with tenants and that's what I'm going to stick to. I have one more 3 unit I'm going to sell off in the spring. I'm cracking up because in the 2nd floor apartment of this unit I've had NOTHING but crazy people.

I get these 3 page emails on why rent was late and how I'm nothing but a money hungry b*t(h which is sooo funny because we make practically nothing on this house which is one of the reasons I'm dumping it. I'm seriously called names for trying to collect a late fee. It's comical. I should post the emails.

Who else has the crazies in their units???
