I have a guy living in a small house , and he calls me up and asks about " No Trespassing " signs .  He asks if I can install some on the property . I ask why ?  He tells me his ex wife and her new boyfriend were parked in the driveway and refused to leave harassing him , saying only the property owner can tell them to leave .

I tell him this . "  You are renting the house and the land , you are in charge of who you want to visit or be on the property ( except for me doing maintenance or inspections )  I wont put up signs , but you can , and if someone trespasses you have the right to have them arrested . It is my house , but it is your home .
