I have some quick questions for you. Does each 25 year flood zone property have the same restrictions? where can I find these restrictions? Also do all HUD foreclosures have no option period?

HUD homes have no option period. However, the earnest money is only $500 for properties under $50 and $1000 for properties over $50k

Thank you Greg for the response. That information was very helpful. I ended up getting out bid but since this realtor I've been speaking with only deals with HUD homes I will know for the future.
