How do I find an affordable general contractor for Buy&Hold?

I have been snuggling with hiring help for my properties for the last 25 yrs.

I need a General Contractor to handle my rehab from purchase to Rent 

ready condition. I don't know where to look for this kind of person.

Most times I have had to get in there and get working to either expedite 

the project thats behind (labor costs getting High) or be on site to make sure 

that contractors are not making basic rehab mistakes that cost more time 

to repair.

Back ground: I have been a buy and hold investor for the last 5 years. 

50 yrs old now and need to expedite my vision of 30 doors asap.
