Looking for handyman/prop mgmt for 3/1/1 Property in LongView

Hi all, i am currently under contract for a rental property in Longview.

I am buying from another investor that has already done some rehab , it needs VERY little.

I do not wish to manage any part of the tenant process and looking for a handyman to help fix a few think, plus some landscaping, and for a prop management company to help get a tenant in and handle payments.
