Indianapolis rental tentant painted rooms

Painting is very expensive. I professionally painted this places interior right before the tenants moved in. They painted at least two rooms . They have lived there 2-3 years. Am I expected to pay for his if they lives their amount of years? Like wear and tear on carpet? :/
