Tenant request for M/M lease due to home remodel
My tenants lease currently end in August. They wish to move to a Month/Month lease to give them flexibility as they are nearing completion of their home's remodel. They are projecting a completion date of October but in my experience complete remodels tend to lag. Although they are willing to pay more for M/M, my biggest fear is that they end in November then i would have to rent out my place during holiday season which I assume would be extremely difficult. Im wondering if the best move is to go with the M/M but advise that i would not be willing to further out than October.
