Property management companies in San Diego

Hi everyone!

I am starting out in real estate, managing my parents' properties and have one we're going to use for a rental. We had found a property management company but after allowing them to do a walk-through of the property unsupervised, having them damage some property and not admitting fault to it, terminating our contract when I called them out on it and not willing to repair the damage at their cost, I am in need/search of a GOOD and REPUTABLE property management company in San Diego. If any of you know one or are currently using one you like who are great for landlords, please let me know!!!
