Refinancing under an LLC or my name

Hey BP members, My question is when performing the BRRRR strategy and you go for refinancing is it better to put it in your name or put it in under an LLC. i know theres a bunch of pros and cons with an LLC but a lot is only covered when obtaining the initial loan. Will the same pros and cons be applied for refinancing?
