Tenant may not leave at end of lease

I lease rooms in my home on a month to month basis and I terminated a least effective 4/30/2018.  I gave written notice 26 days ahead of time and followed up with a text as well as personal conversations.  My concern is I don't believe the person is planning on leaving and they will still occupy the room on 5/1/2018 without a lease.

So my question is this, if the person does stay past the end of the lease what are my options to remove the person?
