Playset liability and expected cost of removal
I recently started renting a SFH that came with a wooden playset (pictured below) when I bought it. My tenants have children who want to use the playset, and the lease agreement says that the landlord shall not be held responsible for injuries resulting from use of the playset, but I'm wondering:
(a) Does this stipulation actually release me from liabilities, or could I still potentially be sued for any injuries resulting from use of the playset?
(b) For my own peace of mind, should I have the playset removed, and if so, how much should I expect to pay someone to disassemble and remove it? Are there alternatives to TaskRabbit?
Thanks in advance!
