Have State of Georgia pet laws recently changed?

Does the State of Georgia have any laws with regards to pets in a rental? Specifically, can you charge a monthly pet fee? My property manager has a tenant who is consulting a lawyer over a dispute regarding pets. While I am not the property owner, I was curious if state rules had recently changed. Any insight is greatly appreciated as I could not find any updates searching the web.
