Hello!  I am helping a friend who wants to rent their property for the Kentucky Derby.  I am still learning about the in and outs of short term rentals.  Where would be the best place to list i.e. VBRO, AirBnb or Derby Home Rental?

I would greatly appreciate any tips or information you have on running a vacation rental.
