Evictions Database - sort by state and other factors
I came across a really cool tool that helps you analyze regions' evictions rates and other metrics.
https://evictionlab.org is the tool.
You can sort the rate of evictions by states and compare stats by income levels, rates of evictions by days, and even rental property rates.
Since I have property in Washington, but I live in Tennessee, I thought it'd be interesting to compare. There's quite a difference.
I suppose if you invest long-distance, this could be a valuable tool to leverage.
Anyone else using this?
