Hi, BP Community. I am a relatively new RE investor getting ready to close on a 3 bed/2 bath in Westerville a suburb of Columbus, OH. Looking for information on rental pricing strategies, sources of data on recent rental listings and local marketing strategies. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
