Cleaning Fees in Fort Walton Beach

Hey folks,

I am in the process of completing my first deal on a vacation rental (seller financed! YAY)! In getting set up to begin renting I am struggling to figure out what to charge for the cleaning fee. The place is 3br 3bath, and wondered what anyone else charges? Recommendations for cleaning companies in the Santa Rosa Beach/ Fort Walton area?
