Hello all, I have a question for anyone that rents rooms out to students in an apartment building structure. At college I lived in a dorm, my sister lived in a house with roomates and my brother lives in a larger apartment building with amenities. We are currently remodeling two 4 bedroom 2 bath apartments with the intent to rent the rooms out to groups of students. The two apartments feature one kitchen and two common rooms as well. My question is regarding furnishing the apartments. The idea is to provide beds, desks in each room, a dining room table, a couch, and hook ups for tv’s. Is there anything else that we should consider adding to the apartments or would this be standard enough. I am a little fearful of adding too much and having to replace, renew after each turn over. Looking for some advice from anyone with experience. Thank you!
