Cheap Insurance for duplex in Stockton California

Currently I am paying $700 for my duplex rental property Insurance in Stockton California. This seems to much higher than my primary home. Is this something expected home insurance in Stockton CA ? Are there any recommended insurance companies for rental property in Stockton CA ?
